• We offer a 180-day warranty, starting from the original purchase date, for replacements of any defective parts, unless otherwise indicated (physical damage or damage caused by incorrect installation and usage are excluded). A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all warranty replacements. Parts returned without RMA approval will be denied.

     

    0 - 30 Days:

    All parts, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty (30) days after the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange excluding shipping.

     

    31 - 60 Days:

    All parts, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 31 to 60 days from the original purchase date. Refunded amount will be the current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower.

     

    61 - 90 Days:

    All parts, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 61 to 90 days from the original purchase date. Refunded amount will be the current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower, minus 20% processing fee. Refund amount will be given as a coupon (expires 90 days after date issued) to be used at checkout.

     

    91+ Days:

    No refunds will be given after ninety (90) days from the original purchase date. Partially cost will be charged for an exchange request.

     

    Attention:

    1. Please make sure that both cosmetic and functional test are completed before installation

    in case of any defect, please do not install it.

     

    2. All defective part can get a warranty for replacement only before the part is installed to the phone.


    3. A free repair is available for fault caused by customers’ improper operation. Customers only need to pay for the material costs and freight.

    (Note: if the responsibility is on our side, we will offer free shipping outbound and inbound for return and replacement. Otherwise, customers should pay for both.)


    4. No warranty for unwanted part ordered by customers’ mistake. We would like to help resell it to the open market at current price and charge 20% handling fee. 


     

    5. All part(s) being returned must be in original condition with original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Otherwise the RMA will be denied. No warranty for failed parts caused by customer’s incorrect installation or maintenance.

     

    6. Our parts all come with our stamp. No warranty for products without our stamp. 

  • First please make sure the order has not been shipped out yet. Please email us at  service@touchstonepartner.com, and provide us the following information for each item you wish to add to or remove from your order. 

    I. Your order number

    II. The product SKU NO.

    III. The quantity you want to add

    We will amend your order as requested. You can also place a new one and ask for refund of the previous one. 

  •  I. If your order has not been paid yet, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. 

    II. If your order has been paid but not shipped yet, you can contact us to cancel the order.

    III. If your order has been paid and shipped, IT CANNOT BE CANCELED.

  • If your payment is returned and your order is closed, there may be several reasons: 

    I. Your payment cannot be verified; 
    II. The parts of your order are out of stock; 

    In most cases, our Customer Service Representatives will contact you by phone or email for the issues above.

    If we cannot get in touch with you within 15 days after receiving your payment, we will return the payment to you. It is our responsibility to ensure the safety of your money and your order.
